Sally Johnson wears many hats. She is an immigrant, a mother, a wife and personal trainer. And she’s my friend! Everyone needs a friend like Sally who builds them up and encourages them to be their best selves. I think everyone should have a friend like Sally.

When Sally immigrated from Iran as a young child, she brought with her a fun loving spirit and a desire to live in the moment. Those qualities have served her well and she made the transition from the corporate world to her true passion as a personal trainer. Seriously, I’ve seen her in action with her clients and its amazing to see her at work and to see how she treats the many people who work with her.
